5 /5 T Nanna: I ended up at TJ Maxx after the super long zig zag line at Ross and only two cashiers. TJ Maxx had SIX cashiers and a visible manager on duty. I made my selection and I was out in less than ten minutes. Great customer service during the holiday rush!

2 /5 caroline: Attempted for return a Christmas gift from my mom today, with receipt, and was informed that since it was a jewelry item and it was purchased greater than 30 days ago to returns were not possible. Of course since I did not purchase the item, I didn’t realize this. Honestly just frustrated with the lack of empathy displayed by the staff. They confirmed the item was something they sold but said it’s not worth the $29.99 it was tagged for (implying I or someone had switched out the tag). I understand not processing high value returns on jewelry but this was clearly not an attempt at theft. It was a $30 bracelet. I was with my 2 month old and had already picked out items to purchase with the anticipated return money for my self and my kids, so I purchased it anyways out of embarrassment and frustration. I wouldn’t have wasted time shopping had I known I couldn’t make the return and it would be implied I was attempting some kind of theft or shady return.

I was actively searching for a Gabbys Dollhouse, a highly sought-after item, having previously checked two other TJ Maxx locations without success. Jael was truly a lifesaver; she immediately came to my rescue and was able to assist me inlocating one. Her kindness and commitment to providing great customer service were genuinely impressive and truly blew me away, especially considering the current hectic shopping season. Jael went above and beyond my expectations to help me secure my daughters Christmas gift.Thank you for hiring such amazing staff members like Jael. Her efforts are deeply appreciated.

Absolutely sick that these multi million dollar companies believe they can steal hardworking Americans designs and artwork and PROFIT off them! Spooky Scoops Halloween design was STOLEN from an Artist- proof on YouTube and various news stations!
