Gailyn Sutton This summer, paid 1/2 toward a ring there that needed to be resized. In October, I went in to finish paying for the ring and pick it up. He had never resized it, but told me to come back in a couple of days and he would have it. Because of my work schedule, I could not get back until almost a month later. He still did not have my ring ready. He told me to come back in an hour and he would have it, which I was unable to do as I already had a prior appointment. I can understand the ring not ready the first time, but the 2nd time was unacceptable. Once I get my ring, I will not buy anything else here.

The sales rep was NOT friendly and completely dropped the ball when it came to providing full details on the ordering process for letterman jackets. I felt like I was piecing together a mystery with the lack of information given. The promised delivery timeline of 10-12 weeks? More like an eternity! Im still waiting, and the excitement of receiving the jacket has been overshadowed by constant delays. Its clear that their ordering process needs a serious upgrade to meet modern expectations. If youre considering ordering from Balfour, be prepared for a long wait and a lot of guesswork. I hope they can improve their communication and streamline their process because right now, its just not cutting it.

Dawn Burton If youre not going to be open the times you say you are, dont advertise or post that you will be open. I stopped by around 1:20 on 8/10. The door was locked. Another person arrived at the door the same time. As we were leaving, another person came. I went back to my vehicle and saw someone go to the door, inside. I thought they had unlocked it. I go back to the door and its still locked. As we were leaving, 2 more people went to the "locked" door. I had gone there on a Saturday weeks ago & there was a sign on the locked door. I came from Mt. Pleasant.

Not only that, but they go out of their way to make my rings fit me even with my huge arthritic knuckles. Jim Bartlett is not just a jeweler, he is an artist! These are my most recent acquisitions. Aren’t they beautiful? This latest picture is of a beautiful gold bracelet and the diamonds move. There’s also a beautiful pink and diamond ring and a gold and diamond bracelet. I most recently bought these pieces and they are really beautiful!

gary scalzo Never go there again they charge me $22 to replace a battery in my watch which is brand new and then she couldn’t get the case on the back. Had to send it out to their store. What a rip off for a lousy five dollar Battery will never go there again

Tamara Gulley I took my ring in for repairs three months ago, and I still havent received it back. Ive visited multiple times, but the shop is always closed. Ive attempted to leave a voicemail, but the mailbox is full.
