5 /5 Caitlin Moorhead: I always love coming here! I have been for years and the employees are always so nice.:) I was a few months pregnant and bought some shirts on sale and the cashier told me about the sale and let me pick out more shirts even though we were checking out. She was patient and there was no one behind me. Super sweet, I love going here and never feel pressured like I do at a lot of other stores! I heavily recommend this place! :)

1 /5 Jake Contreras: The store manager is ridiculous. Was she just given the job because they couldn’t find anyone else. She is rude and rude to her employees. There was a girl that just started and she was getting on to her about not greeting people correclty. She didn’t even greet people when we walked passed her. She needs some further training in customer service before she can train anyone else on how it’s done.

1 /5 Art For The Win: I went in to my local rue21 yesterday 09/20 and purchased 2 pairs of jeans, some shoes and a sticky bra. When I bought the bra I didnt realize the package was open and the wrong size bra was inside. I realized when I got home that it was open and the bra didnt fit me. I tried to go back in today 09/21 and return the sticky bra and a pair of jeans, there was a nice teenager who was helping me but she didnt know if she was able to return the sticky bra for me so she handed it to who I assume was her manager behind her. The manager was on her phone talking to someone and looked annoyed when she had to take the bra. I watched her take it out of the box and look at it for like 2 seconds before she brought it back and very rudely told me she couldnt return the item. She told me there was hair on it and that she couldnt take it back, there was nothing on the bra. I told her that it was the wrong size and had already been opened before me because it was a size b bra that was in a size c box. She wouldnt take the bra back and was so so rude to me. I have never had someone be so rude to me. I tried to go back in a little while later at 4pm to see if I could get someone else to help me but they had closed their store down. The hours on their door and online both say they dont close until 8pm. My ideal resolution for this would be to get a return for the bra and hopefully to let someone know how rude the manager is at this rue21.

5 /5 Elizabeth Williams: Absolutely five stars.. from the moment walked in the door.. the staff was great.. with the best attitudes.. cant remember last time went into clothing store and didnt have to hunt down employees not to mention they didnt try to push other products on me when I checked out.. will definitely be going back.

1 /5 R G: Manager was avoiding us, and didnt let my 3 year old use the bathroom even though we spend over $300. Other than that it was clean and nice clothes.
