They say if you work in the oil they don’t get cleaned right and they have the worst of the worst managers drivers and sales personnel they are not professional at keeping customers happy. All they do is lie to the customers I guess that’s why they keep getting bought out

5 /5 Jake Rydell: Our store Representative is very professional, courteous and timely. Has gotten taken care of anytime there has been a shortage or we needed a resupply. She is great about informing us of upcoming schedule changes and I would recommend her for a bonus and a pay raise.

5 /5 Victoria Medina: Carlos T is the best honestly! Over the past (almost) 2 years he’s been super consistent with towel deliveries and has made effort to create a connection with all the managers and associates here at Panda. Ever since he started servicing my store I have, not once, ran out of towels. He has also offered different services (ex. Aprons, first aid kits) for my store but unfortunately, these requests did not get approved by my supervisor. His customer service is also on point, I have his contact info just in case I ever need any additional towels throughout the week. Overall Carlos does an amazing job!!

5 /5 FELICIA ORTIZ: Our driver Keith always makes sure we have all our services completed at our scheduled time. We never have issues that he doesnt correct the same day. We never go without our materials and services. He is friendly and the best rep we have had service our business.

Uniforms have been lost, or the order has taken a long time to come in, but the representative who handles our account makes up for it. Keith is very professional, making sure he follows up with our order. Keith is friendly and always in a good mood. Keith explains any changes or updates made to the account and billing process. He has made himself readily available to contact him if needed. He has gone above and beyond, making extra trips to ensure our needs were taken care of.
