Boot Barn - Odessa (TX)

4 /5 MAGA: I love this place. They have a great selection. customer service is top notch here. The only issue that I have is they’re selling boots that 1 million people probably have tried on. the only boots they have that I was told was on the shelves so almost every boot has been worn at some point in time and a lot of the boots had scuffs on them from people trying them on. I had to go through about four pair to find some without any scuffing.. with that being said, I’ll still shop here.

1 /5 Lori: Worst customer service ever- here at this store. Unless you are a man, you won’t get greeted much less get any assistance in what you’re looking for. Will stick to cavenders from now on. Not hard to say a simple “Hi” or “How can we help you today”.

1 /5 Manuel Silva: Came in few minutes ago ,no one decided to ask if I needed any help..They were two youngsters and all they did were laughing with a I assume teenagers girl ..but again no ever said may I help...very bad service no wonder store was so empty....no even a manager asked if I needed help on anything

As far as the items available they do have a ton of inventory with variety in sizes, styles and top brands available! The rewards point system is pretty nice too! I was able to find some great, comfortable work boots as well as Cinch and Ariat brand FR shirts!
