1 /5 Beatriz Justino: I returned a product I paid $59.99 for, $64 including taxes, but at the time of the return I was only refunded $45. I didnt have the receipt, and she tried to check using the card I used and said she couldnt find it. However, at no point did the attendant explain that without the receipt and since the card wasnt found in the system (and it was the same card used), a full refund wouldnt be possible. She only explained this when I questioned the refunded amount. In the end, I lost $20. I understand its a store policy and not a specific unit policy, but to me it was a communication failure on the attendants part. I would have kept the product if I had known this days beforehand.
