1 /5 Stephanie Kitchens: We visited this store this past saturday morning. Understandably busy with the holidays and such- but the management crew could stand an extreme reconstruction!
The ladies were awful. 1st- my daughter wasnt barely finished with her transaction at the register, and while attempting to walk away with her purchases AND her little sister still in the cart- one of the worker ladies stopped and asked her if she could take the cart for someone else. Which I thought was extremely rude because we were paying customers as well- and you had to be blind to not notice our things in the cart, Let alone a whole human being!
2nd- Nearing the exit door, my daughter was trying to take her little sister out of the cart and the baby got stuck. So while she is attempting to pull the baby out and her husband is in the middle of taking the purchases out of the buggy- the worker lady standing at the door literally grabbed the cart and tried to pull it away to give to someone else. Im not sure what planet these people are from- but taking a cart from a customer while little children are still inside and trying to hang on is absolutely unprofessional! Convo went like this:
* Daughter- " I am sorry. Can you at least wait a minute? Her foot is stuck in the cart!"...
* Worker- " Yes I can, but I didnt even touch her, maam, so dont go there with me!"...
Who does that? Sounding like she was ready to throw punches- talking to my daughter like they were off the street. We will NEVER EVER return to this location. Bad name for Tj Maxx!
