1 /5 Gem Star: I am very highly disappointed with this Rainbow location I came to this Pacific store to shop for some dresses . And to my knowledge this store didnt have such a great selection when it comes to the plus size community. This definitely will be my last time ever shopping at a Rainbow store location again ever!!!!!

3 /5 Lisa J: The black heavy set lady needs to work on her customer service. Shes very dry, isnt friendly at all. Needs retraining or in the wrong line of work. She was there around 11am April 9th, 2025. I like the Hispanic lady, she always speaks, will conversate, and smiles.. Think shes the manager.

5 /5 Michelle Martinez: Before they would only do store credit returns. Now theyll do returns within 7 days either store credit or the way you paid which is awesome. They do need add hooks to their fitting rooms that would he useful. Its not a high end clothing store but their customer service is great and that is what always brings me back to a company.
