1 /5 Priya T: I was really disappointed by my experience at this Free People location today. The store had a popsicle giveaway, but I noticed the staff member at the front was only offering them to certain customers. While some patrons were greeted warmly and given popsicles without hesitation, others — myself included — were overlooked or met with dismissive behavior.
It left me feeling singled out and uncomfortable. A store that represents such a diverse city like Austin should make every guest feel welcome and valued. I hope management takes a closer look at how guests are being treated at this location so that everyone has the same positive experience.
