4 /5 Tonya Chronicallyillsoldier: This is a place that you can go inside the mall that sells clothing for girl teens and women. They also have clothes for boy and girl infants through 5t. There is always a sale going on. Nothing overly priced either.

Then I ask about sizes for little girls..as in a small is what size,medium what size is it equivalent too....these ladies looked at me and said,I dont know, I dont have kids! LOL...guess they did not want you all to make a sell.

1 /5 Kanieka Green: Ive been shopping here for years. I dont as often because of the return policy became an inconvenience , but I understand policies are policies. I went into the store today. I was told I couldnt try on the shirt inside the store. I was literally placing the shirt on top of my strapless tank top. I was irritated, but I respected the policy. I drove back home which is 30 minutes away. I try my items on. They dont fit. I go back to the store the same day. I have my receipt and ID. I enter the store the cashier literally has her ear piece in her ear the entire time talking to someone about a tattoo and why she should leave her boyfriend. It was extremely unprofessional. She had on a head scarf and no bra. I dont judge the appearance of others but considering the lack of professionalism, it added fuel to the fire. I than go through my return process. She returned 2 items with my refund. She than informed me that she doesnt know why but it wouldnt give me a credit for the other item and I need to call customer service. Ive done my due diligence with the entire transaction. Why should I have to contact customer service. Isnt that her job??? I called customer to only be placed on hold with a expected call back. I than look at the credit paper it says I have 7 days to use the credit. The entire transaction was ghetto and trashy. I understand and appreciate the cheap prices however I should not have to expect cheap service due pricing. Im definitely contacting corporate because its the principle.

2 /5 Nicki: I went into the store and an associate looked at me so I said hi, but there was were 2 associates and neither said hi, welcome in or anything. They just continued messing with clothes on hangers. I I walked around and there were 3 people working in the store with no other customers. Not one asked if I needed help or anything. They literally would just walk right past me or look at me and not say anything so truly not a good experience at all. Customer experience here is definitely lacking.

1 /5 Girl Bye: I had to call corporate and report the staff member balantly talking on the phone with earbuds in her ears while she rang me up. She didnt greet nor speak to me the entire time. She just kept laughing and clacking with the chick on her phone. Ghetto....is the best description I can use to describe the staff here, and this is not my only encounter with the staff being Ghetto here. I came in about 10 minutes before closing one time, and they stopped me at the door and said they were closed. Dont go to this location!!! Just go to the Lowes location!!! This district manager doesnt address the rude employees at this location. Ive gone to the Lowes location near closing, and the staff were still polite and accommodating; nobody was on their phone while working.
