4 /5 Laurie: First time at this location. It is tucked away at the mall. Some things are pricey, and others are a great deal. The markdowns really arent markdowns. It is usually always fun to browse since you never know what you will find that you think you need. Now that holidays are coming earlier to the stores every year the good stuff is usually gone by the time you finally get to the store. Customer Service should always be important.

5 /5 MarLysia: Burlington has a wide variety of clothing, shoes, and household items at great prices. I was impressed with the selection, especially in the home section and outerwear. The store was organized enough to make browsing easy, though like many discount retailers, you sometimes have to take your time to find the best deals. The staff was polite and helpful when I needed assistance, and checkout was fairly quick. Overall, Burlington is a solid place to shop if you’re looking for good value and don’t mind a bit of hunting to uncover some great finds.

1 /5 Angelica Salazar: It seems every time I visit the Burlington at the Killeen Mall, the check out line is always long. It literally wraps around. I have not had a pleasant experience. The Burlington at Harker Heights is much nicer!

1 /5 Anonymous: Service was bad. I hand never went in a store and gotten the customer service I got here. First we wait on line for over an hour, when we get to the register the lady has such a bad attitude. No help, how are you, no customer service skills at all. Not going back.

1 /5 Chelsea Lubetich: My husband purchased a bottle of perfume for me on 01/06/25 but didn’t realize I already had this fragrance since I have over 100 bottles of perfume in my collection. We went into the store to return the unopened and undamaged product, with the original receipt, and within the return date of 02/05/25 on the receipt. The return policy online and on the receipt show we were within all guidelines for returning. The cashier refused. We asked to speak with a manager. We spoke with Ruby who said they could do nothing and gave us the phone number to corporate. Also, NO-ONE has ever told us we could not return perfume when we have made a purchase.
