Kohls - Killeen (TX)

4 /5 Kimberly Ba: I hadn’t been to Kohl’s in a while until last Christmas. The store was organized, clean, and easy to get around, even during the holiday rush. They always have deals, and Kohl’s Cash is a nice bonus. I found some great last-minute gifts without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free shopping experience, and I’ll definitely stop by again.

4 /5 Kelly Boykin: Polite front end staff in Kohls. Helpful and friendly, even with a long line. Saphora staff not so much. When in the Sephora, I was not approached by any employees. Bought several fragrances, no one asked if they could assist or answer questions. Felt like Walmart Vs Macys

1 /5 Chad Moore: This store has basically turned into an Amazon return. Just stood in line for 17 minutes trying to check out. 3 registers open but 2 of them are amazon/returns only so people in line are getting to go in front of us and we are the actual Khols shoppers. P.S. the lady working in the striped sweater was awful.
