1 /5 Vishal Gupta: Extremely disappointed with the store manager, Trey. His attitude was rude and completely unprofessional — definitely not how a store manager should behave. It turned what should’ve been a quick shopping trip into a frustrating experience.
I asked multiple times for a simple price check, and he confidently told me one price. When I went to check out, he suddenly changed the price to nearly ten times higher. That’s careless, misleading, and a total waste of time for both the customer and the staff.
I’ve visited many PacSun locations and never had such a bad experience. This store clearly needs serious improvement in management and customer service standards. Hire better staff — this kind of behavior is unacceptable for a brand like PacSun.
