1 /5 R M: Very disappointed with my experience at this store. A 3-piece suit was clearly marked with a specific price, but when I went to purchase it, I was told the price was “incorrect” and that they would not honor it.
I spoke directly with the manager, Cindy R., who acknowledged the suit was mispriced but still refused to honor the displayed price or offer any reasonable accommodation. Customers rely on posted prices when shopping, and this situation felt misleading and poorly handled.
Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters — and in this case, customer service fell short.
