My aunt wanted to exchange diapers for another type because of the babys allergies. The customer service representative asked for an ID and my aunt was turned away because she did not have a US ID. She had a passport but because this Target doesnt recognize International documentation (ironically this location being this close to the border), they turned her away and told her that her business is basically no good there.
I will not support Target and their Jim Crow laws...despite their policy not specifying anything about returns or exchanges regarding specific forms of ID.
I do not support racism even though Target does.
They have done nothing to reprimand this stores customer service and no one has lost their job. No penalties have been given by Target. They said they would review tapes. They havent Im sure of it.
Also, before Target responds with some Monday morning byline, here are my case numbers proving they did nothing. The first person hung up on me and the second person did not understand anything coming out of my mouth....I speak English for the record.

I will never be shopping at Target again. They are higher price anyway than everyone else thereby being a customer, also based on the aforementioned experience, officially is doubly futile.
