5 /5 Meredith Newman: Becky is amazing! She helped me with a difficult return. My mom lives 5 hours away (not near a loft) and her Christmas present was the wrong size. I purchased a cute blue sweat suit that was too big. Becky helped me exchange it for the correct size. The top was sold out in the size I was hoping for and she helped me find a top that was comparable color-wise. We then were able to ship it to my mom. Becky was so tech savvy and amazing! The customer service at this location is unmatched. Not only do I love loft as a brand with great clothes, but their employees are fantastic

3 /5 Jana Cahill: I spend thousands of dollars in this store online and have been shopping in the store since I was 14 years old. This is my favorite brand as my whole career I’ve had to wear corporate clothes and I absolutely adore loft clothing. The quality the fit everything about ann Taylor loft is amazing. Unfortunately, I’ve had a very bad experience six times in the store. I often come in to do returns because I ordered thousands of dollars online and don’t have time to shop in the store. I go in on Sundays and the leadership team. There are very very unfriendly when I do returns. In fact, they don’t even offer a smile. It is quite disappointing that I have to drive all the way to Southlake to get good customer care. The parking over in Southlake is rough, but I have a great relationship with that team. They are the sweetest people and know me by name and are wonderful. It’s very sad to see such an amazing brand be represented by such a rude staff. I went there today and it was the same type of experience no smile nothing kind and I called to address the issue and one of the leaders Casey was even sarcastic and rude while I was on the phone with her being very flippant as I addressed my concerns with her. There was a really sweet new girl that looked like she just started and they didn’t even seem very patient with her when she was at the register that is just very unfortunate because this new girl whoever she is is probably the nicest girl that has ever been at this loft location. I hope that someone from this leadership team maybe the district manager can help them understand they should have a smile on their face. They have no idea what people go through day in and day out this place should be a place we can come and shop and have a good experience. I came back one month later and was treated much better was treated and they made my return even one day late because I had my receipt it was a sr manager and she was amazing ❤️

1 /5 Jan Brashear: I spent 20 minutes in this store today. Not one associate greated me or offered to help. This happened last time I came in, but I thought it might have been an "off" day. I wont be back.

The knowledgeable representatives at this LOFT location successfully display their clothing options in a neat and orderly manner, while keeping the tone light, casual and friendly- The opposite of stuffy! Not only are the merchandise displays uniquely presented to attract onlookers, the LOFT representatives have an amazing talent of making everyone who enter the door feel very welcome and special. Sadly, this level of attentive care is a rare gem to be found in our modern society. At LOFT in Highland Village TX, however, I felt as if I had my own team of stylists working in tandem to help me accentuate my current fashion tastes. I typically enjoy contemporary, classic clothing styles, and Emmy, Kristen and Cynthia helped me to create new, unique wardrobe choices, while keeping my traditional foundation. Shopping at this LOFT location provided me with a sense of confidence regarding my new closet choices. My visit was a "true, in-store shopping pleasure." Keep up the good work, everyone! I enjoy "real" people helping me in person, opposed to online ordering, any given day- Every woman deserves to be treated as a VIP in person at least once in life!! I will shop LOFT at this location anytime, thanks to sales representatives, anytime and always.14 stars out of 10 in my book! A definite MUST VISIT!
