5 /5 Shaina Alexander Babu: I came into Francesca’s spontaneously because I needed to find a last minute dress for an event happening down the street with a certain dress code. As soon as I walked in, the staff members were welcome and offered to assist in finding what I needed quickly. Not only that, they steamed it for me so I could put it on and be ready to go since the event was about to start. They assisted in a speedy check out while I got dressed so I could make it in time. I wish I could recall their names, but they were also so wonderful and deserve recognition :)

1 /5 Val Keen: Went to pick up an order yesterday 5/20 that had arrived 5/11. No call or email to let me know it arrived... The individual working the front counter was extremely rude to me. I wish I got her name. If you happen to read this, being kind doesn’t take any effort… you have no idea the difference you can make in somebody’s day by sharing just a little bit of kindness, and respect. I hope you Have the day you deserve

5 /5 Bethany Holley: I received beyond excellent service from Ashley! I mentioned that I had just come from the Apple store where the wait was 3 hours, and she personally called another Apple store for me to ask about their wait time. I told her what I was shopping for, and she made sure I had options to choose from and that I had the sizes that I needed. She helped me zip/button every outfit and gave me her honest opinion and shoe/accessory suggestions. When the store didn’t have my size, she checked all nearby stores to see if the size was available elsewhere. Perfect example of amazing customer service, this will always be my first choice for a Francesca’s. Happy early birthday, Ashley!
