5 /5 Katie: I’m writing to give kudos to one of the managers - Alicia Sherwood. I stopped in this morning to exchange a T-shirt. I’m on crutches due to a bad hip. Alicia approached me with a smile to ask if I wanted help, which I was so grateful for and happily accepted. Alicia walked to the rack to get the shirt in the correct size, took me to the register without waiting in line, so graciously got my pickup orders for me, AND carried my bags out to the car for me. 11/10 service by Alicia. A true angel on earth and incredibly kind. Thank you, Alicia, for making such an impact and providing outstanding customer service! The store was also very clean and organized - and the Christmas items are beautifully displayed! If I was able to walk more easily I would’ve shopped for more!

1 /5 lucky: I went yesterday to the store 9/28/25 had a terrible experience at this store. They only had one girl working all alone with a long line. Felt bad honestly. The girl helping me out was very sweet and apologized for the long wait. The manager there was also not helpful in any way and was rude helping customers over heard her conversation with another customer she sounded very rude and disrespectful.

4 /5 Brenda M.: Always have great sales on all departments. I fell in love with their new carts especially since I have a toddler. Lol the store has pretty much everything for appearance relation. Has amazing selection in home decor as well.

2 /5 Jaymi Lawrence: My daughter and I went to Sephora and we were never spoken to by any associate milling about the store. They stood around and discussed the prices of the products and when they would be getting paid. The first and only time we were ever spoken to was when we were checking out. The young lady that assisted us at the register was very polite, but her associates were much less polite. It looks as though I’ll just spend my money online and wait for my purchase instead of being invisible in store.
