1 /5 Betty Davis: I went in the store to shop for July the 4th and to at least spend 1,000 of my bonus money there since its been a while , I picked up a few items , prior to that I hurt my ankle I mention it to her as I came in store and even though having a appointment to see Dr. the next day I was trying to find something.It was a customer at the desk , my voice was in distress I in the process of falling so I ask if the short lady could help and it was a emergency and she act as if it was a inconvenience and she could have called the the other lady , “she said with a you can wait voice “ but not observing the situation I was so afraid I was gonna fall my knees was getting weak I was trying to get to a seat but I had cloths in my hand so I prayed and held on to clothes rack , so after making it to the seat in corner from the other side and sitting for a while she never checked on me , so I got up to make it to the door by that time I said I want spend a dime in that store, the other tall lady help me , show compassion and took the cloths cause I wanted to put them back and not cause more wrk for them but she help me I just moved here from Dallas and I want to thank the tall slim lady for her compassion , I will order online from here out . The store loss that good sale be mindful how you respond to people as a customer service it makes a difference. Thank you !
