5 /5 Flacito: The managers abby and sofia are the best at Pacsun i have ever encountered in my whole life. the store was organized and clean and they have such great customer service and were there to answer any questions I may have had.

5 /5 jenson barca: that manager sophia actually solid. i went in thinkin it was gon be the same old customer service mess, but she came thru. helped me out quick, didn’t got no attitude, just straight up cool. you can tell she helpin run tha place right. if you shop there, ask for her, she the one that make it smooth

1 /5 Elizabeth Trevino: Absolutely worst customer service! Fitting rooms were closed due to being short staffed but when I went back there were 4 employees and the fitting rooms were still closed! Definitely a store with poor management! Do better! Customers are the reason you have a job to go to!
