1 /5 Hunter Seymore: Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. Worker was very rude she did not help me and they weren’t even busy just 3 workers doing nothing.

1 /5 Kim Wilson: I’m writing this review from the dressing room. Out of all my visits here, this was the least welcoming experience. No one acknowledged me when I walked in—not a big deal on its own, but after browsing for several minutes without being offered assistance, it became clear this was just the standard here. One might assume the staff was busy, but that wasn’t the case. Three employees stood at the front desk, engaged in conversation, yet never once checked in with me. The only time I was acknowledged was when I rang the bell for a fitting room. This has never been my experience at this location before, so I hope it was just an off day and not something that happens again in the future.

5 /5 Kiiim: Well stocked store and also amazing customer service. I come here about once or twice a month and they’re always super friendly. They never fuss or anything if I ask them questions.

5 /5 Alexandria Servantez: I had the best experience jean shopping! Juliette was very helpful and wouldnt give up till I found what I needed. Every employee I encountered had PHENOMENAL customer service. I highly recommend this location!

5 /5 Johnnie Banks: American Eagle was awesome. Stopped by with my daughter so she could get a pair of jeans and Vance was super helpful. Although I dont shop there myself....I would recommend anyone that does like that style of clothes to shop there.
