1 /5 Tiffany Ann: DON’T EVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE OR GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. THEY WILL TAKE IT AND MAKE EXTRA CHARGES WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT. I’m from California and ordered a Consuela make up train that was on sale on October 27th for $89.00. The first issue is I never received the item and I contacted them and the manager said she can’t do anything about it and after it leaves their hands it’s not their responsibility which I know is a lie and I’m sure she had shipping insurance on the item but just doesn’t want to help me. I’m looking over my statement and I find that there is another charge from them on November 19th for $89.00 again, which over drew my account and caused me charges from the bank and a huge headache. I never placed a second order so why is there another charge on my account. I know why because this fraudulent business was hoping I wouldn’t catch it and decided to wait a couple weeks and run my card again. I’m not stupid, I was born in the day, but not yesterday and I’ve worked at a tanning salon and actually was a manager of one and know how credit/debit card machines work. I had never ever had a business do this to me before in my life. I’m also reporting them to the BBB and the Federal Reserve and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to report them and see if the can assist me with the fraudulent charge. I would never ever give this company any of your credit card or debit card or even checking account information and if I have I would look over my account to make sure that they haven’t been charging me extra for anything hoping that their customers wouldn’t catch it. I have a feeling that they scam a lot of people here and there and that isn’t ok at all. What a horrible thing to do to someone. What a horrible human being to think it is ok to just charge your customers twice for one item. I can’t imagine how they go to sleep at night knowing what they do to other people and ripping them off. They don’t even deserve one star. I wish Google would let you rate them with negative stars because I would give them a negative 5 stars. The ironic part is that I needed up paying way more. The mark down items but then charge you twice so really the items aren’t on sale and way more expensive than buying the item from the actual seller. Learned my lesson real good. Thank You Island Tans and Boutique for ripping me off and overdrawing my account and causing me a huge headache now I’m going to be a headache and see how you like it.
