2 /5 Laura Figueroa: Disappointed in the customer I received during my visit. I was greeted when I walked however not once I was I asked if I needed help with anything, I was just told where the item I was looking for was at. I buy the item and while I’m checking out I see a shoe cleaner so I ask how much it was and I was told the price was on the barcode which it was not so I didn’t buy it then I ask if my son could put them on in the store. He was having trouble figuring it out so I asked the male associate for help and he tells me he doesn’t know how to put them on.
