I will shop at this boutique one more time and that is to use the gift card they gave me for store credit instead of my money back on an item I did not care for. I just make it a policy to never shop anywhere that will not issue your refund in the original form of payment, assuming tags are still on and you have your receipt and it’s within the allotted time. I think that’s mighty brazen of companies who do this. I find it highly disrespectful. I gave them my hard earned cash and that’s what I want back where I can spend it wherever I want to. There is signage, she showed it to me when I complained. I told her she needs to put it more down at eye-level with the customer checking out and I look and it’s also on the printed receipt but I didn’t even notice I would expect more from such an upscale boutique.
