Marshalls - Round Rock (TX)

1 /5 A Goggle User: 1/21/2026 Cashier ID #1201366 I had a disappointing experience at this Marshalls location. I found two of the exact same sweaters on the sales floor, the only difference being the size. The size medium was priced lower than the size small, which I needed. I asked if the price could be matched since the items were identical aside from size. I was told this could not be done because the sweaters had different barcodes. While I understand policies and system limitations, the issue was not the policy itself but how it was communicated. The coordinator I spoke with was dismissive and unkind, which made the interaction uncomfortable. As a customer, I expected a respectful explanation and a willingness to help. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope management can address this and provide additional customer service training to ensure better interactions in the future.

5 /5 Marina Charami: I visited this store in June. Store has a big variety of items. I had a good experience in the fitting room. “Shahla“ at the fitting room area helped me find a beautiful dress. She gave me brilliant opinions and she was knowledgeable and patient while helping me find a good dress for a party. 10/10 experience.

1 /5 Christi Baylor: This place is a complete wreck and probably should be shut down. From the moment you enter the store you are greeted with a busted marquee sign. When you go inside it’s complete chaos. Bins everywhere blocking merchandise piles of junk literally everywhere you turn. I was there the week prior and it was the same - so I didn’t happen upon a re-stocking session. The place was filthy. This place has really gone downhill. Salvation Army is better organized than this train wreck.
