The sales are spot on and "take an extra" discount on clearance items. This is where I buy my winter jackets when they need to be replaced.

Today my son tried to exchange a Christmas gift with a receipt, a gift receipt and a tag. Take my advice people, warn the gift receivers NOT to remove the tag if they want to exchange it!!!

Because i didnt have receipt they would not approve return..i wasnt asking for refund just one size bigger..lesson learned...if you happen to purchase anything from Guess in Midland make multiple copies of receipt because they dont believe in customer service..

shell: Nothing more frustrating than dealing with JC pennys jewlery department! They have had my ring since April 30th it takes up to 6 weeks to return to store from repair, cleaning or sizing... I sent it for the 2nd time for repair and sizing. Only to call June 3rd to find out it was sent back with no repair or sizing. Because they said they did not have warranty. I had to go up there with proof of purchase of warranty. They sent it back saying they said they would "expedite" it for the Mishap. Here I am July 11th still with out my ring! I keep calling and getting told it takes 6 weeks, well what about the expedite? July 15th makes 6 weeks since I showed proof of warranty, I get told a manager will call me back, i get told the safe has not been opened. Thats my 3rd ring purchase from them and never had issues till now! Im only one year in with that ring and ready to make another ring purchase elsewhere so I will never have to deal with JC Pennys incompetence! NONE OF THIS IS ABOUT ELBA! ELBA was sweet and assisted me the best she could while her manager blamed her and left her deal with an upset customer not mention the way the manager spoke to her in front of me amd my son. I was shocked. Even my 17 year old so. Felt bad for Elba being treated that way in front of customers.
