1 /5 kaci weeks: I sure buying is wonderful but as a seller save your time… they don’t pay what they should when it come to quality name brand styles. & then as a seller who sells a lot when you ask for your cloths back (due to a low amount for high quality brands) The young lady had the audacity to ask me if I know how it works??? Mam I’ve been selling to yall a lot over time… I’m aware! Point blank - there are other places that will appreciate your brand styles and pay what they should. As a seller - Don’t Waste Your Time!

1 /5 Angie: Do not waste your time here as a buyer or seller. Buyers: There are a number of damaged items in the store. You will have to carefully inspect anything you might consider buying to ensure it is actually in good condition, which is normal at Goodwill but not at Style Encore. The prices also generally run high. Sellers: If you plan to wait in-store while they review your items, this is not a good place to sell. I arrived a few minutes after they opened (10:04 - 10:06 am) and was told it would take 2 hours to review my items. However, the online status link stated they would not be done until 12:45 pm. In the end, I decided to take my items home without being reviewed.

1 /5 Dsign g: On Jan. 22, 2025. I visited Style Encore (Woodlands) location with 4 large bags of women’s clothing, many of them new with tags still on them . Entering the store I was greeted by Joana who informed me that they only took 2 bags and it would take several hours to examine the items . What I observed was a young woman who seen bother by my present . Very short spoken and very abrupt with her answers..Having returned to pickup my items I was informed there was NOT one single item they choose to keep.. Having looked around the store , I felt as if my items were as nice or nicer than the ones for sale . Not sure if she even examined my clothes.. Same Day: Plato’s Closet : A huge shout out to Anahi, Noemi, Alexis and Aaron, thank you all for your excellent customer service . I greatly appreciate the time you took to assure me that the treatment I experienced at Style Encore was unacceptable.. I appreciate you taking the time to examine just a few items of mine to determine that in fact my items would have been ideal for resale at your sister company ( Style Encore ) . Although there were other details involved in my experience which is too many to mention , I appreciated great customer service you provided that day.. Thanks again

5 /5 Christina: Today I stopped by Style Encore to get an outfit for a night out with friends. It’s been a while since I’ve hung out and I was feeling a bit anxious about finding something fun and cute to wear. I expressed to Allycia that I was not that great at putting together outfits and she was able to help me quickly feel at ease. She asked a few questions and went to work piecing together an outfit that not only satisfied my request, but because she listened, she selected an option that also hid a problem area that I’m not confident in showing. I said to her that she definitely needed a raise in her salary, he laughed and said, “It would be nice, but I’m happy to do my job.” Quality customer service does still exist. Thank you Allycia for your kindness.

1 /5 David Monreal: I called this place an hour in advance and they told me they stopped buying clothes at 7 pm, I drove an hour to this place, I arrived at 6:30 and when I arrived oh surprise they supposedly were not accepting more purchases because they closed the cash register when the store closes at 9 pm this is illogical simply the two girls that were there did not want to work that staff should not be in this store literally!!!!!
