1 /5 Brooke Goff: Pretty awful experience shopping here. Came in at 3:00 on a tuesday, Wasn’t greeted when entering the store at all for starters. Picked three dresses and helped myself to a dressing room. It seemed self service since the two working there didn’t want to be bothered. loved one dress but wanted a different size, the manager had taken up the entire rack that I had just shopped. She shot me a rude look and asked “are you looking for something?” This was the first thing anyone said to me since entering the store, I said “no I just shopped for this dress and they are all gone now” she said she moved them to the back, ok whatever I sorted my dress size out. Standing at the register the young employee Maribel was fiddling with some jewelry from another customer but didn’t even acknowledge my standing there for almost a full 5 mins, she saw me waiting for her, didn’t say a single word. I finally set my dress on the counter and waited for her to say something, confused on if I was in the right spot to even check out?! She rolled her eyes and asked “phone number..?” Literally the most annoying customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Won’t be returning. In this economy people aren’t shopping like they used to, they really need to treat the ones that are coming into the store front with a little more care, Anthropologie was super busy, their customer service was better, I’ll go there next time.
