5 /5 Teresa Totoris: Mostly reviewing that the employees here are so nice and accommodating to me every time I go in. They even apologize for things that are beyond their control. I went in for an exchange for an online order, but sadly their systems for Earthbound stores all over were down.
The gentleman was so sorry and remorseful for me and was so sweet to offer me 20% off next time for the inconvenience. It is never the sales associates fault for such company wide issues, so he didnt have to go above and beyond, but he did which was lovely.
This is why I prefer Earthbound shopping in stores over their online stores. Rarely have a good experience with the Earthbound online store, but have a WONDERFUL experience every time I shop in person at this particular location. I always walk out with a purchase from there every visit.
