1 /5 Tatiana Ospina: If your are looking to purchase from this store I would suggest going elsewhere. I recently made a purchase. The item was faulty. After just one use it completely ripped and had lose threads. I proceeded to send an email. That was never answered. Then called them and was told there was nothing they could do because I wore the item. The item was a Frankie’s bikini skort. It was not exactly cheap. Being that they sell items from other brands I would suggest buying from the brands directly as this store will not help you in cases like these. Don’t make the same mistake I did and buy from the cove. Buy directly from the brand.

1 /5 Emma Daub: Love the brand selection, but the staff was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Asking a simple question felt like an inconvenience, as though we were interrupting their social hour. I would have happily made a purchase, but based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

Heres a polished version of your review, highlighting the fantastic service from Lilly, Megan, and Jilly: Exceptional Service from Lilly, Megan, and Jilly! I had an absolutely phenomenal experience thanks to Lilly, Megan, and Jilly! I was on a mission to find a bunch of outfits for my girlfriend for a very special trip, and these ladies were incredibly nice and patient. We must have tried on over 50 items, eventually narrowing it down to 25 amazing pieces. One of the kind ladies—I cant recall her name, but shell know who she is—stayed with us the entire time, and her patience and helpfulness were truly remarkable. We were in the shop for about two and a half hours, and their wonderful jokes and conversations made the time fly by. Even though I was mostly just fetching clothes for my girlfriend, their friendliness made the whole process enjoyable. Thank you, Lilly, Megan, and Jilly, for your outstanding help and for making what could have been a daunting task such a fun and successful one!

1 /5 Samantha CR: Immediately when I walked into the store I could tell the vibe was terrible. Both women working just stared straight at me, but didnt offer any greeting or hello. This seemed highly unusual for Austin, as every other shop I visited the staff were extremely friendly. When I spoke up and said hello and smiled, both women still just stared back and didnt say anything. I was shocked. I did one quick lap around the store and left. I am more than happy to spend my money elsewhere. The clothes all seemed like cheap polyester junk anyway.

2 /5 Mikayla Auld: Super cute clothes but the store girl was so rude and didn’t offer to help at all. She made me feel uncomfortable, like I’d annoyed her in some way. Honestly do better. Such a shame as the store has great brands.
