Grace and Anna are both extremely kind, knowledgeable and very accommodating for my clients and me. I highly recommend you come in here and come shop!

5 /5 Sanjana Luther: Amazing store! The stylists and store manager are amazing and so helpful! I have loved shopping here for the past few years. They are my favorite store in Austin!! You dont feel any pressure when you go in. They source some awesome brands and always have fun events in store! They really value their clients and help you find clothes/accessories that are perfect for you! Their service is unparalleled too! Dropping off stuff to try and picking up stuff you want to send back. Its every girls dream shopping experience!

5 /5 Fashion Reloved: Love the Showroom store. Its my favorite clothing store in Austin. Whenever I need to refresh my wardrobe I go to them first. The clothing options are always fun and on trend and they sell clothing of high quality designers that will last. The customer service is always superb and I can order remotely without going to the store when life gets too busy. Cant wait to check out their website again soon.

5 /5 Stephanie Kersch: If I were to imagine the ideal shopping experience, this would be it. The store is light, bright, and focused in on absolutely only those items I want to try and possibly add to my closet. SHOWROOM speaks to their approach - 1 of each item on the floor keeps it uncluttered and unfussy, so whether I’m busy or wanting to take more time I can dial into exactly what I want, when I want it. The stylists are friendly and welcoming (unfortunately not always the case, especially in mid-to-high-end retail), and they’re as accommodating towards patrons who buy as those who don’t, including guests who just come to lounge and grab a drink on the couch. Beyond those typical conveniences, they have a free concierge service to “try before you buy” from their Kiawah store - all you have to do is ask! Because their owner is a veteran celebrity stylist, she’s also friendly towards industry folk, and exceptionally talented with tips in their mailer and website (see: Erica’s Edit). They have a beautiful mix of sustainable, women-owned, and local designers (HER NEW TRIBE in the mix), but remain current to the latest market trends from Paris. It’s absolutely everything Austin was missing in retail, and my go-to for a new favorite staple or statement piece, always!
