1 /5 Helen Andrea Romero Moya: The manager at this store was extremely rude and condescending. We only wanted to ask one simple question about the discounts, and she responded in a very unpleasant way. She had a dismissive, arrogant attitude. It was just a simple question, and she was not open to answering it kindly. It was a horrible experience. She also treated the cashier poorly.

5 /5 robert rohm: Amazing location! The manager Brittany was so helpful and funny! Im a big guy and she helped me find jeans in my size that were a perfect fit! They still fit amazing even now and are the best pair I own. Thank you brittany!

1 /5 Madison Zamora: The girl named Brittany is just a ray of sunshine. Said probably no one ever. Both of my interactions with her have just been awful. My own mother was crying after Brittany was rude to her for no reason and didn’t want to sell her a hat off of display and then proceeded to tell other employees not to talk to my mom when they were actually trying to solve the issue because Brittany wanted to be rude about it. Also we know they don’t allow food and drinks cool. My dad tried to throw away the cotton candy my sister had in the little trash can they keep in the entry way. Here comes Brittany telling my dad he can’t throw his trash away and PROCEEDED TO TAKE THE TRASH CAN AWAY WITH HER. Absolutely ridiculous. As if the holiday seasons aren’t bad enough it’s people like Brittany who make it worse.

1 /5 Grace: Mercedes is the “manager” and I do not recommend her being manager. She would not honor their signs stating jeans are buy one get one 50% off. When asked if she could honor their signs she stated they cannot make changes due to the marketing manager messing up and that’s not her department. I then asked if she would honor the price on the app and she said no. Extremely unprofessional and very rude. I’m not sure why they would not honor THEIR signs they put up. If she was the manager she shouldn’t be passing tasks around to other managers stating it’s their issue. I’m not sure if she really is the manager or not, but when I asked to have a manager confirm they cannot match their signs she responded with “I am the manager”. Extremely unsatisfied with this store. I hope they reconsider their management team.

5 /5 Brizeida Montes: Loved AE customer service! Went to exchange some jeans that I bought online. My baby was crying and not happy. Loved that the staff didnt even mind my crying baby, made me feel comfortable to be there. But still, I personally wanted to hurry get my jeans and go! The cashier got my vibe and got the jeans I needed himself. I didnt even have to go look around for them! He was so helpful and understanding! Thank you!
