1 /5 Britt Mill: Wednesday January 7th 2026 Around 11:30am I stopped by the store to purchase some bottoms. The store had amazing inventory but customer service was terrible. The two employees on shift didnt greetings The customers and myself as we walked in. One of them looked up at me and continued to text on her phone. I felt like I was invisible. I decided to spend my money elsewhere.

5 /5 Lin Bonner-Welborn: Hated my outfit so I waited for catos to open. Worker was pleasant, helpful and amazingly sweet with my situation. Allowed me to use the dressing room to change in my new outfit including shoes!!!
