5 /5 Vanessa Clark: I love the staff at this Buckle location! I’m a returning customer and will continue to be… I actually feel like family there because of the exceptional customer service! I go in and not only shop but also carry on conversations with the ladies who work there! Jessica is a very hands on manager and she has an excellent staff and I recommend her to anyone who asks me where did I get that shirt or whatever I’m wearing and they like it. My sister came to LUFKIN from the Woodlands and she went shopping with me and we went to Buckle and she said she has never had exceptional customer experience at any Buckle like she had at the LUFKIN Buckle!
