1 /5 CellyWelly R: Went to Boot barn to purchase my son a new hat for his birthday, I approached a gentleman explained the situation he than proceeded to go back to what he was doing and completely ignored me, left me standing there with no help it wasnt until I decided to leave the store did he try to assist me, at this point I was done! customer service is seriously lacking here
Took my business to Cavendars where I was treated better so much friendlier there
