1 /5 Stephanie Gamez: Lucia the cashier is so rude and very lazy. I gave her my exact change and she did not want to take my coin. She just said “oh well I already processed it.” If she can’t count then she has no business being a cashier.

1 /5 DGZ ZAMARRIPA: Purchased a bag/purse on Friday, 3/21/2025. Brought it back for refund because bags strap wont stay buckled. I buy things here ALL THE TIME & always pay with a card. So you know, they keep record of items bought! What store doesnt now-a-days! Well, they wont honor or even try to research the purchase because I took tags off & I didnt have my receipt. I offered to bring another identical bag w/tags to cashier, who wouldnt even consider it! Its all too bad, because they just lost a loyal customer. And I will share this experience with friends, neighbors, etc. So they too will eliminate any visits.

4 /5 Chachi Tovar: Super friendly , really clean , this location has lots of merchandise! I have been to other locations that they didn’t allow customers to use fitting rooms , nor restrooms , and the workers are always rude. This location is my new favorite location! Definitely would recommend:)

4 /5 jess l: One of my favorite places to come to find all my household or wardrobe needs. They have the best prices on clothes that you can find in department stores. This place is like Ross but more organized, clean and less crowded. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. There is something for everyone here. Prices vary on all their merchandise but are never over priced. I love that I can always find something.
