1 /5 Hilary Rodriguez: Went to this location yesterday while shopping an employee, possibly a manager (do to her looking older and was giving direction to the other employees) was being extremely rude and targeting a customer. The customer was visibly queen/trans full outfit and makeup shopping in the women’s section, while shopping the employee came up to the customer “hi SIR can I help you” customer stated no and continued shopping. Same employee once again basically announced almost as if she was trying to embarrass the customer “OH SIR ARE YOU READY” more than once. The customer clearly had enough of her shenanigans and corrected her. This is unacceptable behavior we live in a different time and if she feels some type of way she clearly needs to find a job that doesn’t require her working with customers apart of all communities. If this is the type of employees this company hires as a face to represent their company then the company needs reevaluate their standards.

He helped me select the perfect colonge..Chrome...we were able to apply for credit at rue 21 and walked out with a new outfit for my wife. Thank you Azareel!!your professionalism and courteous customer service was greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work.

1 /5 Alex Rojas: Shopped here plenty of times before and have never been heckled or bothered like my gf and I were on Monday Feb. 1st. We were followed and asked if we needed "help" 5+ times in the 15 minutes we were in there. Even in the middle of us having an obvious conversation they would come very close snd interupt us. We had items we planned on purchasing and we decided to put everything down and leave.

1 /5 Joe Brian: I just saw an employee talk to a more feminine individual very ugly and made them look incredibly uncomfortable. Even just watching the interaction was physically uncomfortable and you can tell this individual was incredibly hurt. So sad to see

2 /5 Marrissa Gonzales Garay: I walked into the store and I didnt get greeted but 2 ladies stared at me with a rude face. I believe their names were Virginia and Jessica. The whole time I was in the store there were about 7 people in the store and those 2 ladies never stopped talking to even try to assist any of them.
