1 /5 Yas: Terrible customer service. Went in for a return and was told that they could only exchange the item for a different size despite it being within the 60 days since it was purchased. AE’s return policy states that “merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, or returned for merchandise credit within 60 days.” Employees here need retraining…

1 /5 Skylar Sonnier: Ordered an item on Saturday, it said my order would be ready within two hours. Went to the store at 6pm an hour before the store closes and they told me that my item would not be ready that day. I asked if it was a shipping issue and they said no everything was on the shelf’s. It’s Sunday at 8pm, my three items are still not ready. How hard is it to get 3 items off the shelves and put them in a bag, within 2 days. This looks really bad for the company. Very disappointing. UPDATE: 5/6/2024 they canceled my order even though everything was in store.

1 /5 Cheryl Budzisz: Went into find a specific item and 3 young female employees were in the store talking with each other. Not one of them bother to even look at me and ask me if I needed help me.I walked around for a couple of minutes and decided that I was not important enough for them to ask if I needed assistance. I will not go back. Obviously they didnt need my business.

5 /5 Joaquin Hernandez: First time in, was just looking for lounge wear. The staff pointed tge clothing out to me and informed me that some of the tops we on sale. I will have to shop here again.

1 /5 Yahaira Figueroa-Banik: Store says that it closes at 7:00pm and the employees closed the store at 6:52pm and I was standing at the door. I just had a simple return and they just ignored me completely. If the store says that it closes at 7:00pm, they should not be closing the store before then.
