2 /5 Robyn Bramble: I called to schedule an appointment for a hair cut and vivid highlights on dark hair, once I arrived the staff was very nice and after briefly waiting I was started on. My hair is dark brown and I knew bleaching would be part of the process as I wanted hot pink face framing pieces. While the stylists was very nice and my hair cut looks good, she failed to tone my hair after bleaching it and it had darker bleach spots on a portion. Rather than toning to match the other lifted portions she proceeded to put the vivid pink color on a splotchy base. As a result my hair is now three different pinks and when my mom and I asked the stylist she said she could put more color over to match it. I knew at this point it was best to call it a day and find a vivid color correction specialist. I like my haircut and the staff was nice, but I would not recommend coming to this location for vivid colors. Really bummed about the cost of what i paid and the new cost I will now have to pay out to have it corrected.
