ximena balseca: Iāve been getting my eyebrows waxed for years and have never had problems at any salon. Itās such a simple, basic task. However, at Adria, I had the slowest and sloppiest wax experience ever. The technician dropped wax on my eyelashes (thankfully, it wasnāt properly warmed and was mostly cold), so no hair came out. Then, she dropped wax on my hair. I understand that mistakes happen, but this happened twice, and she didnāt even acknowledge it. Instead, she repeatedly told me to ācalm downāāeven though I hadnāt said a word. I decided not to proceed with the mustache waxing and left the establishment. Iāve never had such a poor experience at a salon, and Iāve never felt compelled to leave a negative review until now.ā

Queen Of Tacos: Itās a ok place. I only recommend if you have no where to go last minute. Never had a issue until today which we entered, and didnāt get greeted until 20 minutes later but Apparently there were plenty of workers available but none of them came up to greet us or ask us who we were here for? Not the best customer service but whatever.
They were all in the back god knows doing what. While the lady in front just ignored us.

Robert Garcia: After blow dry bar is a breath of fresh air! I canāt wait to go back! From when i entered the salon from when I left i was met with the most exquisite service Iāve had in a long time. Genna my hair stylist was amazing. I donāt want anyone else to touch my hair for as long as I live! Excellent service all around! 10/10 Iāll be back next week!
