4 /5 Kentearial Ward: West Houston took great care of my car. I was quoted $5000 to repair an oil leak I had from my timing cover at the dealership. They were able to do it for me and provide 3 year warranty for my car for $3389. They finished the job in 3 days and covered transportation service. Great experience and I appreciate it their customer service

Don and his team took the time to inspect my car and make honest recommendations on what was needed and the cost was very reasonable as compared to 2 other shops I took my car to. A friend recommended I go to W Houston Auto and now they are the only place I will take my car.

Glad we did, first vehicle had big issues we would have never seen until possibly months later. Bryan and the mechanics did a great job explaining everything visually on the car. Felt so good about it, we brought them another to inspect. This one was great and we purchased it. This gave us great piece of mind. Highly recommend shop.

They are miracle workers. Hard working, fair prices, bend over backward to provide excellent service. Been a customer for years. My only go-to place for my vehicles.

1 /5 Mr doom Scroll: I would leave 0 stars if possible. I took my car to be diagnosed and tell me how the cost of repairs cost 3times the car value yet when I took it somewhere else they gave me a reasonable price not try to look at me stupid. Absolutely DO NOT AND REPEAT NOT COMING EVER and telling others to stay away as well. Also not only me but my friend as well was told a ridiculous cost for his car. Absolutely ridiculous.
