5 /5 Stephanie: All right I gotta tell you guys this place is super legit. The customer service here is outstanding they go far and beyond what any mechanic would ever do. From calling you a ride to bring you back home after towing your vehicle to their shop, to doing a full diagnostics of your entire car telling you exactly what needs to happen with a game plan for execution. Ive worked Keith and Amanda who have both been extremely helpful with all of my silly questions.Though I did pay a shiny penny for the services, I feel like it was completely worth it because I totally feel safe driving my now reliable car with the support I have from RMS.All of the work that I have had done with them is warranted which means if something happens I can bring it back to fix or replace. I’d also like to mention they had my car done within the day which is unheard of. I think it’s hard in the city of Houston to find a mechanic that you truly trust and I will not be going anywhere else to service my vehicle as long as I live in Houston.

From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly and transparent about what my car needed. They completed oil change tire rotation and brake inspection quickly and efficiently. 5 /5 Mark Taylor: I’ve been taking cars to mechanics for over 50 years and my recent experience with RMS was by far the best I’ve ever had. Every single employee was friendly and helpful. When it turned out they needed more time than initially thought they even arranged a ride home for me. The diagnosis was complicated but they figured it out and fixed everything thoroughly, on schedule and for a very fair price. No attempts to sell me on extra services. I will definitely be back when I need my car worked on again.

5 /5 J C: I’ve called around for pricing quotes and they’re fair, right in the middle. They offer free diagnostics, so you’re always aware of the cost and can choose/decline what you want to invest in. They’re *very* open to questions and offering their personal opinions about what may be highest priority vs what can wait. They offer free Lyft rides home. The staff is friendly. It seems like a well-run business which trickles down into staff culture and ultimately the customer experience. I’d highly recommend them!

5 /5 Holly Price: We have been going to RMS for over a decade and they are the only auto care place we trust at this point. We don’t live nearby anymore and still drive through traffic for any service needs. Our car recently had the AC go out and it was getting unbearably hot. Only problem was the part was back ordered nationwide with no supply in sight. I felt like the whole RMS team was on the case, helping us find both a short term and long term fix so that we could ride comfortably and safely in these Houston summers. Thanks to Azim who went above and beyond (as well as the whole team - they are friendly, experts at what they do, and care for their customers!).
