1 /5 Olivia Farrell: The rudest employees I have ever met. We showed up to our appointment fifteen minutes early and was told we arrived too late and that we were supposed to arrive 45 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork. We were never told this and the receptionist ego was to fragile that she couldn’t admit she messed up. Not only that, but I was on the phone with them three separate times an hour before my appointment to confirm insurance information and not once did they decide to notify me. I actually had a phone call documented at 2:11 pm and they didn’t even ask why I wasn’t there. And while this whole discussion was going on I actually filled out the paperwork before my appointment time and that still wasn’t good enough for them. Absolutely ridiculous, why not make the appointment for 2:15 instead of 3? Not once did anyone show any compassion for my sick father. I even explained this was an emergency and they just asked me to leave.
I would not recommend this place at all if you want a doctor that cares about what they do.
