She’s the best hairstylist I’ve ever gone to for my hair needs (and I’ve had my hair done a lot, been getting it colored since I was 15) - Voss front desk person is very kind and welcoming as well. Cons: -salon space seems more outdated than Voss in Dallas - prices are high!

Extremely knowledgeable knew exactly what I wanted as I was explaining what color I was wanting and I couldnt be any happier with her work! She TRULY is AWESOME! Very Professional, as well Such a doll to talk to while she was doing my hair. I would HIGHLY recommend this Voss Salon location! If you get the opportunity to ask for Mercy for your booking needs, you wont regret it. Shes absolutely amazing. I look forward to my return visits as I have found my new hair salon, and stylist

2 /5 OJ G: Wouldnt recommend this place if you want any type of fade with clippers, as they are not experienced in this particular field and they dont have the proper equipment for it either! The ladies here were very nice, and its the only reason Im leaving 2 stars instead of 1.

Shinjini Biswas: Bharti did a wonderful job in cutting and blow drying my hair. She gave me a beautiful layered cut with bounce and volume and face framing curtain bangs. I have been wanting this hair cut and style but wasnt able to get it anywhere except here. They understand how to work with Asian hair very well. The stylists were very kind and even taught me how to style it at home. Definitely would come back.

She took my measurements and helped me choose the perfect color for my custom wig. I went with 20 inches of black hair, and I couldn’t be happier with how beautiful it turned out. When I returned for the fitting, Henrietta made sure everything looked perfect. She even trimmed it and provided detailed instructions on how to take care of it, as well as how to put on the wig. I really appreciated that she ensured I loved the wig before I left and recommended some great products to help me maintain it. The next day, she called to check in and see if I had any questions—talk about great customer service! I took advantage of the “Free Wigs For Veterans” program, which is such an incredible service for veterans. They create custom-colored extensions made from 100% human hair and offer all techniques of hair extensions, plus options for thinning hair, hair loss, and non-surgical hair replacement. If you’re looking for quality and a personal touch, I highly recommend Hair Paradise Salon & Day Spa. Henrietta truly goes above and beyond!
