Spa La Posada - McAllen Jose Alvarez: This review is based on business processes. I bought my wife a massage package(gift card) for Christmas. She schedule appt on January and it got canceled because therapist was sick. Second time, a month later, 1 hour before the appt, she got a text of it being cancelled again because the therapist was sick. I am not complaining about a therapist being sick. I understand those things happen and health is a priority. But I do think a business should have a process for those occasions. After 2 cancelations I asked for our money back so I can take my wife to a different spa. They said it was non-refundable. Bad business practice. I do not recommend anybody buying a package before hand here because at that point they already have your money so there is motivation to move forward with the service you may need.
