Jasmin Leal: The receptionist with a tattoo star on her face has the worst customer service. From the beginning she had an attitude. Raised her voice and the only reason why I didn’t was because I was not going to bring myself down to her level. Another receptionist came over to assist her as she has no clue what she is doing and that lady was very polite and informative. This other chick tried to say she has explained the information to us when she hadn’t told us anything. Just sighed and rolled her eyes. We are not coming here for free services we pay to be seen not to be disrespected.
corina evans: This is the second time my family has had to use the Valley Baptist Emergency Center and each time we’ve had Nurse Milly. She’s a great Nurse and her patient care is excellent. She is truly the best ER nurse I have ever seen. My husband has hard vains to get blood from and she was a pro. All the other staff was awesome too. Thank you Milly and Valley Baptist
Salma Caballero: Just had the worst experience At this “clinic”… I called before hand gave them my date of birth And asked if there was appointments or walkins while I was at another clinic, all the way across town and they told me I can go as a walk-in, So I Quickly drove that way, they told me they only had one patient ahead of me… When I get there They let me know that they aren’t taking new patients.. The lobby was literally EMPTYYYYYYY…. Apparently, it takes “too much time For the doctor to see a new patient”…. The ladies in the front Had the worst attitude Knowing that I left another clinic Just for them to tell Able to be seen. Knowing Every clinic is about a 2 hour wait !!!! So much for paying so much Money For insurance….
Ruthi Hedge: From the surgical team to the care givers in all departments. Everyone genuinely cared about my experience; no one was too busy to answer a question. Specifically the Anesthesia team knew that I was a singer and they did what they could to preserve the integrity of my vocal cords… Thank You and Bless You all.
Kabina Kennels: I had a extended stay here at Solara for about 40 days. For sepsis, partial amputation rehab and c diff. The hospital is clean and modern. The nursing staff, employees and techs are attentive, friendly and very good at their jobs. As a woman of 61 I have been in the hospital many times but this was the absolute best experience I ever had. I highly recommend the hospital. If ever needed again this is where I will be coming or where I will recommend my family go.
Hennessy Nicole: Not sure why this place has low ratings, ive been here 3 times with Priscilla Velazquez and never had any trouble. The front staff is always polite and helpful, and ive always gotten a call back if the call wasnt answered as long as you leave your information! And dr Priscilla herself is very informative and attentive to your concerns ! I love her sm shes awesome.
Lab work was also fast and easy thankfully, other places have left me bruised before but not here.
