1 /5 Vanessa Trevino: Front desk staff is very rude. Utmb canceled my afternoon appointment and said the only availability was today at 10:30am or at the end of the month. Which I am due to deliver my baby at the end of the month. I take the appointment and will admit was a FEW minutes late because of the very short notice and was having car trouble. The rude lady with a ponytail at the Front desk who sits on her computer playing on her phone. Said I should have told the appointment setter I couldn’t make it?!? She acts like she’s a doctor and knows what she is saying. You have no right to tell me to not make or attempt to make an appointment. I told her that I am a high risk patient and that’s the only time appointment setter said was available. This lady is literally lazy! The office waiting area was completely empty! No one was there except for me! I had a very bad experience at this clinic and will not be going back. It’s no wonder the wait area was so empty! Who wants to be pregnant and get mistreated? I literally looked forward to my ultrasound appointment. After two miscarriages and being able to see my baby grow is a miracle. I wish i could have gotten this rude front desk staffs name because I’d put it here! My advice to you ponytail lady is if you can’t show customer service get another job!

5 /5 Josie N: I’ve gone a couple times and everyone who I talk to on the phone and the women at the front desk have always been nice and easy going. As well as the nurses and the doctor who helped me! Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews about the people at the front desk or on the phone

1 /5 Silvia Garcia: I had an appt yesterday 4/11 at this clinic for my 1st ultrasound I was super excited and as soon as I walked in I was waiting in the middle of the front reception desk and nobody was acknowledging me. So I went to the lady on the left and she rudely said hold on Ill be with you in a sec with an attitude. The lady to the right was super nice and had a smile while she helped me instead. I sat down and waited to be called in, and all I could hear is that front desk lady to the left complaining of her sore throat. My ultrasound tech was amazing and super informative. When she gave me the paper to deliver to the front the same rude lady says " you need to come to the other side and give me the paper" when she could of literally turned her chair around to reach for my paper. So I go to the other side and wait in the middle and she was up getting something from the printer and ignores me with my hand out and goes to sit down and tells me yet again " Im over here". I will not be coming back here because of this. I drove all the way from Kingwood TX to get treated like this. If you dont like your job, or dont feel well does not give you the right to mistreat patients!

I will no longer go there ever again they front desk ladys are rude she started yelling my information out loud over the counter about my insurance not working I drove 40 mins to them and Im 31 weeks pregnant and they denied me wouldnt check me or anything I asked for payment arrangements the lady gonna tell me 8,000 upfront they are lazy and very slow I didnt even get seen and they sent me a bill for $65. Very rude and unprofessional they made me feel uncomfortable.
