1 /5 Janie Trahan: Came here a handful of times and just went in the other day because I was having some concerns. Karen was very rude, made me feel stupid, did not listen to anything I had to say. She was very loud and made me cry. I have never been treated that way. I paid a $50 copay for nothing because she didn’t do any tests or anything. Just told me there was nothing wrong with me, so now I need to find another doctor that will listen to my concerns. Her poor assistant was very sweet though and so was the case manager.

1 /5 Jaden Blue: I would stay far away from this place. I went in to have a procedure done and the financial screening lady did not do her job at all. She didn’t even get in contact with my insurance company, therefore she said I owed the full price of the procedure upfront. How would you know how much my insurance was going to pay if you never got in contact with anyone. I canceled the appointment because I knew my insurance would cover something. Then she stepped out of her place and told me the procedure is something I “need” because it could lead to cancer. As an administrative employee you have no right to tell someone they to pay for the procedure because if you don’t soon it will lead to cancer. Totally unprofessional I would stay clear of this place.

5 /5 Vanessa Pina: Dr. Rachel was so amazing with my kids, I brought just my 4 month old son in for his checkup but when my daughter started throwing up she made sure to get her checked in right away and checked her as well. When I was attending my daughter she helped me with my son by holding for and caring for him. Hands down one of the best pediatric doctors I’ve ever had!

1 /5 Emma: They dont listen to no concerns you have. They dont make sense at all or respect your wishes. They rude and dont know how to communicate. They think its okay just because they put stuff into MyChart that they dont need to communicate with you. They wont have my service my next pregnancy. Nor with alot more people!!

1 /5 Kiara Owens: terrible experience!! i was referred by a family member so i scheduled an appointment online WEEKS IN ADVANCE! scheduled the appointment for 9:00 am! arrived at 8:40am. checked in, took urine test, filled out paperwork, and waited. and waited and waited!! watched everyone that checked in AFTER me get seen BEFORE me. only time i was called was to take my payment, then was seated to wait again. so i waited and waited. after watching 4 more people that checked in after me get seen before me. even my husband was frustrated and he’s the most patient man i know. went back to the front to see when ill get seen at 10:15 and was asked did i have an appointment like i had just arrived. that was my final straw. asked for my money back and left. i could’ve stayed with the other doctor i was with for all of that. i had questions i was anxious to get answered and i couldn’t even get seen. most unorganized facility ive ever came across. truly disappointing
