5 /5 Brittany S: I had to have a c section due to my baby being breech and I cannot even begin to explain how amazing the whole crew was to me when going back for the procedure. My nurse Alissa was the most supportive and nurturing person I could’ve asked for by my side. The anesthesiologists were amazing and helpful the whole time. Dr.Lam did beautifully with the procedure and insured the safety of myself and my baby. Great job you guys. I will forever be grateful.

1 /5 Pettway Alexis: This entire hospital is a joke. If you want the best care for you and your baby go to Texas woman’s in the med center. Angleton already let one of my babies come early with their lack of care, i wasn’t about to let them go out again. My baby tried to come early, she refused me meds and never stepped foot in the hospital. I left angleton Danbury ama and went to Texas women’s and thank God i did because they saved my baby.

megan saha: As a mom of three, seeing my oldest in the condition she was in left me in complete shock. I asked for help getting my daughter out of my truck, and a woman with a wheelchair arrived. She seemed to have an attitude, sighing and huffing as she walked to my truck, only to yell at my daughter, who was barely conscious, as though she could respond. After getting her to a room, I overheard a nurse and a doctor talking about my daughter, saying, "Great, just what I wanted," as if I wasn’t standing there, trying to hold myself together. After several unsuccessful attempts to get an IV and draw blood, a female doctor came in, performed an ultrasound to locate a vein, and successfully inserted the IV on the first try. She was kind, but the overall atmosphere felt dry and distant—though I understand that hospital work can be very stressful. As someone who works in a hospital myself and values honest feedback, I felt the need to recognize one of the nurses in the ER—her name was Cassey, I believe. She was incredibly kind and straightforward. She spoke to my daughter as if she were her own, and I truly appreciated that. Cassey was a huge help, and I want her to know how much I value her excellent patient care. Thank you again, Cassey, for your compassion and professionalism.

I would give 5-stars, but I found the Next Level app a little difficult to navigate when I tried to make an appointment.
