Christopher Anyakorah MD - Pearland
Kurt Champion: Very good experience overall. I was able to easily make an appointment on-line. I originally made an appointment with Dr. Jeffress, as I had been a patient of hers several years back. A few days later, the front office called and informed me that I was no longer considered a returning patient, as my last visit was too long ago. Since she wasnt accepting new patients, the front desk set me up with Dr. Anyakorah for the same day and nearly the same time. I was able to fill out forms on-line prior to my visit and check-in was very easy. My visit with Dr. A was pleasant, he has a very pleasant demeanor, listens, then offers options. We picked a plan forward and setup an appointment for 6 weeks from now. I also received a notice from CVS that my prescription had been received before I had even left the office. Very appreciative of the entire experience.

Alexis Chaudron: Dr. Janskey was amazing! She took me as a new patient late in my pregnancy due to some unforeseen circumstances. She followed my birth plan to a T and helped me achieve a smooth birth and quick recovery. She is what I like to say “short sweet and down to the point”, but she is very knowledgeable and accomplished. 10/10 recommend her and her team.

Tom Webster: Dr. Brading has always been helpful and nice. I went there for a sleep study, which I had an initial one and did not like their sleep study facility. And, I recently called to schedule an appointment with the Dr. to do another sleep study. However, I hate so much dealing with their receptionist staff that I was reminded when I called how distasteful my experience has repeatedly been with their receptionists. I am thinking very seriously about cancelling my appointment and taking my business elsewhere. And the receptionist always sounds like she is drugged. Also, they were not helpful when I asked to get a copy of my an echocaridaogram I recently had even though they had a copy. They finally told me, after much questioning that I would have to get it directly from the St. Jo record office. The experience of dealing with some of the staff can be a turn off to even using the doctor.

LynEll Richter: This review is not for the actual office but the "new and improved" call center for making appointments. Call centers should never be used for trying to get patients the care they need. First call into the new system, took 16 minutes 32 seconds and the operator booked me with a doctor at a location I have never been to for a post op appointment. As far as I knew, until Booneville called to ask why I was going to 29th location, I was going to my doctor for a knee injury after a fall. Got that straightened out. Yesterday, I was trying to reach the practice about a referral to a cardiologist, and after verifying name, date of birth, address and phone number, the operator called me by the wrong name, referred to the wrong doctor. Maybe she couldnt hear for the screaming kids in the background. I would much rather be able to call the location I want to go to, leave a number and receive a call back then to waste the time getting an incorrect appointment and having to spend the time correcting it, as Im sure the staff would...
